1) Who we are

Dr Zee’s Investigations (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2) Using our site and materials

  • You may use our content for personal training, education, and non-commercial research.

  • Digital products are delivered electronically. Because they are instantly accessible, all sales are final unless a statutory right applies.
  • Download links may be time-limited and access-controlled to prevent unauthorised sharing.
  • We may update files to correct errors or improve content; access to updates is at our discretion unless otherwise stated.

5) Intellectual property

  • All site content, branding, and downloads are © Dr Zee’s Investigations (or our licensors).

  • We reference tools (e.g., Shodan, VirusTotal) that have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those services is governed by their terms; you are responsible for compliance and for any costs (e.g., API credits).

8) Changes

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply from the “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the site signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.

9) Governing law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

1) What we collect
