
When you are conducting OSINT Online, you don’t want problems, and you don’t want them to drag on. Today I had some issues with my Hosting. So I rang them on the 24-hour help line. Within 10 minutes, the issue was addressed, and I was on my way, able to do what I wanted. That is because of the exceptional customer service.
I have worked with GoDaddy for over 17 years, except for a short period when I chose a “Cheaper” option. I returned as soon as I could. I wanted to say why I use them and why they are good for any business, not just OSINT online.
Firstly, I am autistic, not many people would know, but one thing I struggle with is communicating, on the telephone and with chatbots. Unless I have to, I do not use chatbots. They drive me crazy. Then they put me through to a human who has to deal with me. Usually, I am not in a good place by this time. I have been given the wrong answer to my question many times. On top of that, it doesn’t understand, so I have to repeat myself. I am sure you get the picture.
So I called, the first thing that happened was they asked if I wanted them to turn off the psychological torture device, the music they play while you wait. For me, it causes physical pain. Great start, I could stay in peace and quiet.
Arvinth answered calmly and asked what the problem was. Within ten minutes, it was sorted, and I was happy. Then came the tricky part: I wanted to know whether I really needed an upgraded product or if the free version was ok. I was waiting for the upsell. It never came. The response was “You don’t need that.” Wait and see if you need it further down the line. I just saved £132.00, and GoDaddy had just earned bonus points for integrity.
